Jacob began his career journey working in various trades as the go-to guy for anything a contractor or customer required, gaining a variety of skills and appreciation for all lines of the trade work. Along the way, he rekindled an old friendship with a leader in the flooring industry, Don Boyle of Boyle's Custom Flooring, who offered him an apprenticeship. Jacob spent three years working closely with Boyle, who taught him the tricks of the trade, emphasizing high quality practices, detail orientation, and customer satisfaction. Because of his precise training, Jacob is confident in his skillset and prepared for any obstacles encountered within a job. Jacob has founded Accardo’s Crafted Floors to continue to uphold a standard of high quality flooring and is excited to reach a new range of customers. .
